A.把句子写具体
句子只做到“完整”是不能准确表达意思的，还要做到“具体”。怎样的句子才算是具体的呢？读读下面的句子，体会一下：
1. People use private cars.
2. People use private cars frequently.
分析：第二句写清了频率。
通过在句子主要成分的前面或后面，写清什么时候（时间）、在什么地方（地点）、怎么样（形式）、为什么（原因）等，就写清了事物特点，就把自己要准确表达的意思写出来了。
B.把句子写完整
句子一般由两部分组成，前半部分交代“谁”，后半部分交代“做什么”、“怎么样”或者“是什么”。
那么怎样的句子才算是完整的呢？读读下面的句子：
1. People use private cars. （谁，干什么）
2. Video games can be educational. （谁，是什么）
C.把句子写连贯
怎样才能做到把句子写连贯呢？
1.合理安排顺序，使句子连贯。
有顺序，这是使句子意思连贯的最基本的要求。这就要求同学在写句子时，一定不能东一句、西一句，想到哪儿就写到哪儿。要围绕既定的中心意思，按照一定的顺序，把相关的句子组织在一起，使句子前后连贯。
2. 学会运用his/her/they/it/this/that等代词，使句子连贯。
D.如何使句子多样化？
在写作的学习当中，最好的方法是以简单句为基础，配合适当的并列句和复杂句。简单句可长可短，通常要加些附属成分，如分词短语、介词短语、副词短语、不定式动词短语等。

1.So + 形容词+ be + 主词+ that + 从句（如此……以致于……）
例如：So precious is time that we can’t afford to waste it.
2.形容词+ as +主语+ be，主语+ 谓语（虽然……）
例如：Rich as our country is, the qualities of our living are by no means satisfactory.
3.The + 比较级+主语+谓语，the +比较级+主语+谓语（愈……愈……）
例如：The harder you work, the more progress you.
4.It is time + 主语+ 过去式（该是……的时候了）
例如：It is time the authorities concerned took proper steps to solve the traffic problems.
注意：此句型可以转化为简单句句型：It is time for sth./for sb to do….
例如：It is time for lunch.
5.spend as much time as he could doing sth.（花尽可能的时间做某事）
例如：He spent as much time as he could remembering new words.
6.Since + 主语+ 过去式，主语+ 现在完成式
例如：Since he went to senior high school，he has worked very hard.
7.An advantage of… is that + 句子（……的优点是……）
例如：An advantage of using the solar energy is that it won’t create (produce) any pollution.
8.It was not until recently that….（直到最近，……）
例如：It was not until recently that the problem was solved.
9.We will be successful as long as we…. （只要我们……，我们就会成功的）
例如：We will be successful as long as we insist on working hard.
10.The reason why + 从句is that + 从句（……的原因是……）
例如：The reason why we have to grow trees is that they can supply fresh air for us.
