建立“快捷通道”目的在于便利中新两国必要商务和公务人员往来，“快捷”体现在：
在履行相应程序后，双方相互免除对方入境人员强制隔离14天的要求，以便有关人员能尽快开展工作。
1. How does the Fast Lane facilitate the essential business or official travel between China and Singapore?
China and Singapore have established the Fast Lane to facilitate essential business or official travel between both countries, agreeing that after the implementation of corresponding procedures, both sides will exempt inbound travelers under Fast Lane from the mandatory quarantine for 14 days to ensure them back to work as soon as possible.
“中新快捷通道”适用中国哪些省市?
“中新快捷通道”在中国首批适用省份为上海、天津、重庆、广东、江苏、浙江共6个省份，并将逐步扩展至中国其他省(市)。
2. Which provinces and municipalities in China are eligible for the China-Singapore Fast Lane?
China-Singapore Fast Lane is applicable to essential business or official travel between six Chinese provinces and municipalities (Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces) and Singapore, which will be gradually expanded to other provinces and municipalities in China.
通过“快捷通道”赴华需经过哪些流程?
第一步：通过中国接待企业或政府机构向实施“快捷通道”6个省(市)的外事办公室或商务主管部门提交申请。
第二步：上述主管部门收到申请后按流程审批，如批准，将向申请人出具邀请函。
第三步：接到邀请函后，通过中国签证申请中心向使馆申请签证(中国公民除外)。
第四步：临行前48小时内进行核酸检测。
第五步：携带核酸检测报告及邀请函赴华。
第六步：抵华入境后，进行核酸、血清检测，隔离1-2天。
第七步：检测呈阴性，接待单位接至工作地点。
3. What are the procedures for visiting China under the Fast Lane?
Step 1: Submit the application for Fast Lane to the Foreign Affairs Office or Commerce Authority at the six provinces and municipalities through the host company or government agency in China on behalf of the applicant.
Step 2：After receiving the application, the above-mentioned authority will review the application in accordance with the procedures. If approved, the applicant will be issued with an Invitation Letter.
Step 3: The approved applicant will thereafter apply for the Chinese visa through the China Visa Application Service Center (Inapplicable to the Chinese nationals in Singapore).
Step 4: Take a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test within 48 hours before departure.
Step 5: Travel to China with the negative PCR test report and Invitation Letter.
Step 6: Undergo PCR test and serology test upon arrival in China, and remain in locations designated by the local provincial or municipal government for one to two days for the test result.
Step 7: Tested negative for COVID-19, the host company or government agency will transport the traveller directly from the designated location to the workplace or residence.

拟赴华从事必要商务、公务活动的新加坡居民(包含在新加坡长期工作的中国公民)。
4. Who is eligible to apply for traveling to China under the Fast Lane?
Residents in Singapore (including Chinese nationals long term working in Singapore ) who intend to make essential business or official travel between Singapore and the six fast lane regions in China.
“快捷通道”适用于长期工作或学习目的吗?
根据两国协议，快捷通道适用于商务和公务人员，暂不适用于赴华工作或学习人员。
5. Is the Fast Lane eligible for long-term work and study in China?
Currently, according to the agreement between the two countries, the Fast Lane is applicable to short-term essential business or official travel, not for long-term work or study.
新加坡居民如何申请赴华“快捷通道”?
须由中国接待企业或政府机构向实施“快捷通道”6个省市的政府外事办公室或商务主管部门提出申请。
若申请获批，将为申请人出具邀请函。邀请函“访问事由”一栏中将标注“快捷通道”。
6. How do Singapore residents apply for visiting China under Fast Lane?
The host company or government agency in China will lodge an application on behalf of the applicant with the Foreign Affairs Office or Commerce Authority at the six provinces and municipalities. If the application is approved, a Invitation Letter will be issued to the applicant. The Purpose of Visit specified in the Invitation Letter will be 快捷通道(Fast Lane)in Chinese.
获得邀请函后，是否需要申请中国签证?
获得“快捷通道”邀请函后，除中国公民外，新加坡公民或其他国家公民需办理中国签证。
您可携带个人护照、邀请函等申请材料向中国签证申请服务中心(Add: 80 Robinson Road #16-01/02, 02A, 068898)递交申请。签证中心目前未完全恢复对外营业，建议提前查询营业时间和相关要求(https://www.visaforchina.org/SGP_EN/)。
7. Do I need to apply for a Chinese visa after obtaining the Invitation Letter?
Apart from Chinese nationals, Singapore citizens or nationals of other countries are required to apply for Chinese visa after receiving the Invitation Letter for Fast Lane arrangement. You can submit your visa application via Chinese Visa Application Service Center (Add: 80 Robinson Road #16-01/02, 02A, 068898) with your passport, Invitation Letter and other required documents. 如何进行核酸检测有哪些指定检测机构和需要的材料
根据中新双方协商安排，中国驻新加坡使馆在签发“快捷通道”签证时，将出具核酸检测协助函。
申请人可持协助函在启程赴华前48小时内，在新方指定检测机构进行核酸检测并获得检测报告。入境时需携带检测报告和邀请函备查。

8. Which designated clinics can I take a pre-departure PCR test in Singapore? What materials should I take with me when I enter China?
According to the arrangements made by the two sides, the Chinese Embassy in Singapore will issue a Letter of Assistance for PCR test while issuing Fast Lane visa. The applicant must, with the Letter of Assistance, Invitation Letter and Chinese visa, take the test within 48 hours before departure for China, and obtain a health certificate of having tested negative for COVID-19. Please bring the test report and Invitation Letter with you for future reference.

9.Do I need to provide a health certificate of having tested negative for COVID-19, flight and hotel bookings while applying for the Chinese visa?
Under the Fast Lane agreement, PCR test report, flight and hotel booking are not required while applying for the Chinese visa.

10. Do I need to fill in the Health Declaration Form while applying for the Chinese visa?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, all visa applicants are required to fill in and submit the Health Declaration Form for Visa Application and Supplementary Information for Chinese Visa Application. 11. What type of Chinese visa can I apply for under the Fast Lane? What about the period of validity and duration of stay?
The Chinese Embassy in Singapore will issue a corresponding visa for your pursuant to your purpose of visit to China. The validity and duration of stay will be determined on a case by case basis.

根据中国有关法律法规，外国人入境后，如需延长签证停留期，可向所在地公安出入境管理部门提出申请。
12. How can I extend my visa duration when I am in China under Fast Lane, if necessary?
According to relevant Chinese laws and regulations, foreigner who need to extend their visa duration can file the application with the local Entry-Exit Administration Bureau.

抵达中国后是否还需要隔离?是否免费?
根据协议规定，“快捷通道”使用人入境后，需接受中方有关检测，为此需在指定地点隔离1-2天等待结果。有关检测和隔离期间食宿费用自理。
14. Do I still need to be quarantined upon arrival in China? If so, who will bear the cost?
According to the agreement, the Fast Lane traveler to China will be subject to one PCR test and one serology test upon arrival and will be quarantined in the designated location for one to two days until the test results are released. The traveller has to bear the costs of tests and stay in the designated location.
入境后，有哪些防疫措施需要遵守?
首先应下载使用中国健康码，做好个人健康管理。因国内接待单位要承担入境人员防控责任，有关人员入境后应配合接待单位有关安排，做好闭环管理，严格遵守有关防疫措施。
15. What health measures should I follow in China?
First of all, you should download and use China’s local Health QR code for personal health management during your stay in China. You should follow the relevant arrangements made by the host company or government agency in China, who is responsible for the COVID-19 prevention and control measures on the inbound traveller under Fast Lane, to ensure the closed-loop management, and strictly observe the relevant COVID-19 prevention and control measures.
入境后，可否去其他省(市)?
入境中国14天内，可在接待单位所在省(市)内流动。
如确有需要在“快捷通道”6个省(市)之间流动，应事先通过接待单位获得下一目的地省市政府审批，并做好转运防控安排。
入境满14天后，在遵守当地疫情防控措施前提下，可前往其他省市。
16. Can I travel to other provinces (municipalities) in China?Within the 14 days in China under Fast Lane, you can travel in the province(municipality) where the host company or government agency is located. For travelers who need to travel among the six Fast Lane provinces (municipalities), they shall, through the host company or government agency, obtain in advance the approval of the provincial/municipal government of the next destination with arrangements for COVID-19 prevention and control during transportation. After the first 14 days, abiding by the local COVID-19 prevention and control measures, the travelers from Singapore under Fast Lane are allowed to travel outside the six fast lane regions.
