这道题是一定要经过准备的，因为它考查的题目范围并不是日常生活的话题，即使是熟练使用英语的美国人，如果没有经过准备，在 15s 之内也很难准备出来一个逻辑清楚，有理有据的论述。

备考独立口语时的 15 秒怎么利用？
首先强调的一点是，独立口语是一定要经过准备的，也就是说，在看到题目的时候，同学们不能再花费时间考虑题目怎么展开，而是应该马上就有思路，然后记下来你想说的提纲内容(应该也是背好的)。15 秒的时间，主要记录提纲，至于开头结尾的论述，一定要在备考的时候就非常的熟练。
